Refund Policy

At this time, returns are not accepted.

However, if you do receive a damaged or potentially defective item, please email me directly at authordanielaamera@gmail.com

Please include the following with your email:

• Photos of the item and explanation of issue
• The packaging condition when it arrived
• Any other information to help us!

Once we receive your email with the above, we will work with you on either a partial refund or a replacement if available.

If a replacement is necessary, we may require you send back the damaged item with a prepaid return label we'll provide.
